Himalaya Oil Clear Lemon Face Wash Review (Best for Oily Skin)

My today's review is all about the face wash from Himalaya.
There face wash range is really good. I almost used every face wash from this brand. I think they don't need to be reviewed, but those who never tried Himalaya face washes and want to try them, they definitely going to checked about them, so I wrote this one. ❤

Ingredients :-

Aqua, ammonium lauryl sulphate, citrus medica limonum fruit extract, cocamidopropyl Betaine, sodium cocoyl glutamate & sodium cocoyl, glycerine, honey, acrylate, Alkyl acrylate, fragrance, phenoxyethanol, sodium hydroxide, hydrogenated jojoba oil, citric acid, sodium metabisulfite, methylchloroisothiazolinone, disodium EDTA.

Product Description of Himalaya Oil Clear Lemon Face Wash :-

A soap free, herbal formulation that gently cleanses your face and removed excess oil. Oil clear lemon face wash is enriched with lemon, an astringent and cooling agent and honey, which has natural, deep cleansing properties. Unlike soap, your face will not feel dry and stretched. Use regular for clean, fresh and glowing skin.



My Experience with Himalaya Lemon Face Wash :-

Packaging and texture -
As usually all the face washes from Himalaya comes in tube packing with flip cap except the larger size of their neem face wash.
Texture is gel type consistency and transparent colored with little blue crystals in it. It had a lemon hinted smell which is very mild and fresh.
I have very oily skin in summers and I use this face wash on regular basis because it's very gentle and they claim deep oil cleansing, but honestly I didn't observe any deep cleanses, but yes it removes oil completely. It is little foaming and lathers well. It cleans face quit well, clears my oily skin and keep skin oil free upto 4 hours. After washing face, my skin feels fresh, clear and glowy. I apply non oily moisturizer too according to my skin otherwise it makes skin lil stretchy for some minutes.
But dry skin beauties may have to use good moisturizer after washing face otherwise it makes dry skin more drier.
Deep cleansing is a different thing, I don't know why face wash comes with the claim of deep cleansing. ☹️

Pro's of Himalaya Oil Clear Lemon Face Wash :-

• ‌Affordable and easily available.
• ‌Clear oil and dirt effectively.
• ‌Texture and smell is good.
• Gentle enough to be used regularly.

Con's of Himalaya Lemon Face Wash:-

• ‌Wrong claim about deep cleansing.
• ‌Its not 100% herbal as they mentioned.
• ‌Not able to keep skin oil free for the whole day.
• ‌Not suitable for dry skin.

My rating for Face wash of Himalaya - 4 out of 5. I deducted 1 rating because of that stretchy feeling after washing and for wrong claim of deep cleanses.
I absolutely tried this again but in summers only.
