How To Be Happy, Rules to Live Life Happily

How's you are doing? I hope you all are good.

My today's post is very special to me personally. I am going to share some of the tips of becoming a happy person. These things helped me and i follow them from since i am aware of happiness. I know it sounds weird. But that' true. "jisse dhunta hu me her kahin, jo kabhi milli mujy h nhi, wo khushi h kahan"  Do you remembered this Hindi song? 


1. Self-Care :-

  • Prioritize yourself: Make time for activities you enjoy, even if it's just reading for 20 minutes or taking a relaxing bath.
  • Healthy habits: Eat nutritious food, exercise regularly, and get enough sleep. These basics set the foundation for feeling good.
  • Practice self-compassion: Be kind to yourself! We all make mistakes, so forgive yourself and focus on moving forward.


2. Develop a gratitude and Mindfulness practice:-

  •  Take time to appreciate the good things in your life, big or small. Relationships and Connections. 
  • Mindfulness practices can help you appreciate the present moment and reduce stress. It let you to live in the present moment.


3. Social network:-

  • Be careful about the people we choose to surround ourselves, because they can influence our personal development. Surround yourself with positive, supportive people who uplift you.

  • When you doing this be aware that you are not comparing yourself with them. Don't compare your life to others' highlight reels on social media. Focus on your own journey and what makes you happy.
  • Healthy relationships: Set boundaries and prioritize connections that are mutually respectful and nurturing.


4. Growth and Purpose:-

  • Pursue passions: Explore hobbies and interests that bring you joy and fulfillment. It is OK if your hobbies can't earn you some money, atleast it brings you joy. So take time from your regular busy schedule to do them. 

  • Set goals: Having something to work towards can be motivating and give your life meaning. Setting goals is not that easy as it sounds. In my case when i start gratitude and mindfulness practice i realized lots of things about myself, my interests and my goals.


5. Help others:-

Contributing to something bigger than yourself can be a powerful source of happiness. When you help someone don't expect that they also had to help you because you helped them once, that's very bad mindset today's people sets in their mind. Jut feel the happiness of helping others without anything in exchange. 


Remember, happiness is a journey, not a destination. There will be ups and downs, but by focusing on these aspects of life, you can build a foundation for lasting happiness. 

One thing i want you to know which no one tell us about happiness ever, i also read it somewhere. Happiness is when you achieve something or when you will become successful or when you get rich? No that's the biggest lie we have heard since childhood. Happiness not comes from outside but it is the thing we build from inside.

Happiness is a daily practice.
