How to Take Care of Skin and Hair At Holi | Essential Tips for Holi to Avoid Skin and Hair Problems.

Hey gorgeous...

Get ready to be splashed in a wave of joy!
Get ready to drench each other in the colors of rainbow with lots of laughter.
Holi, also known as the Festival of Colors, is an explosion of vibrant hues.

But the brightly colored powders, while fun, can be harsh on your hair and skin.
These days, commercially available colors often contain synthetic and harsh chemicals that can cause irritation, dryness, and even allergic reactions. These chemicals can damage your hair and skin if you're not careful. So just take care of your self and play holi with full of joy.

Let's delve into some useful ideas to protect your hair and skin during Holi.

How to Take Care of Hair's Pre & Post Holi:-

1
. First thing in the morning you do before stepping out is just apply good amount of oil into your hair. You don't have to do massage, simply coated every hair with oil. I recommend coconut oil or mustered oil.

2. After oiling make a nice and tight braid. Don't make loose braid to reduce the chance of getting colour inside it.

3. Just enjoy your holi as you do. After holi celebrations wash your hair with gentle shampoo. You need to wash twice because there is both oil and holi colours in your hair.

4. After washing hair, apply good amount of conditioner on it. Because holi colours make hair dry and dull. Left conditioner for minimum 5 minutes to get them nourish well. Then wash it.

5. If you want to add some shine in your Hair's them you can also use hair see after washing hair. This step is optional. Because conditioning is enough.

How to Take Care of Skin Pre & Post Holi:-

1
. First step is apply a moisturizer on face or neck area in the morning before holi.

2. Then apply an oil on your face, it sounds weird but believe me this is very useful step. It does not let your skin get dry and dull after holi. I recommend coconut oil or mustered oil. You have to apply these oils in your face neck, arms and hands thoroughly.

3. After oiling you can put up your sunscreen or foundation if you want.

4. After holi when you wash up, don't forget to follow skin care routine. First apply toner is you don't have toner just apply two three drops of almond oil. This step is optional because lots of women's out there don't use toners. So first you can also apply face serum or almond oil, then your favorite moisturizer, then sunscreen if it stills a day.
