Hey Everyone.!!   How's you are doing? I hope you all are good. My today's post is very special to me personally. I am going to share some of the tips of becoming a happy person. These things helped me and i follow them from since i am aware of happiness. I know it sounds weird. But that' true. Self-Care :- Prioritize yourself: Make time for activities you enjoy, even if it's just reading for 20 minutes or taking a relaxing bath. Healthy habits: Eat nutritious food, exercise regularly, and get enough sleep. These basics set the foundation for feeling good. Practice self-compassion: Be kind to yourself! We all make mistakes, so forgive yourself and focus on moving forward. 2. Develop a gratitude and Mindfulness practice:-  Take time to appreciate the good things in your life, big or small. Relationships and Connections.  Mindfulness practices can
